Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimation & Billing Engineer with 7+ years of experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and client billing for civil/construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing BOQs, processing contractor bills, and ensuring timely project billing in compliance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications.
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications for accurate pricing.
- Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Monitor project costs and ensure billing aligns with project progress.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for measurement verification.
- Track variations, extra items, and change orders.




- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and payment schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation of estimates, bills, and cost reports.
- Support tendering and budgeting activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in estimation and billing for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (if applicable).
- Valuable understanding of project costing and financial control.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
