Role & responsibilities :-

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirement gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment and production support.

Design and implement solutions across HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Security Operations (SecOps) and CMDB.

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes and integrations.

Design and maintain CMDB, including data modeling, CI relationships, identification and reconciliation rules and data quality.

Work on Discovery, Service Mapping and ITOM capabilities.

Implement and configure SecOps applications such as Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response and related integrations.

Implement HRSD solutions including HR case management, HR services, employee journeys and HR workflows.

Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and IntegrationHub.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.

Lead technical discussions, code reviews and solution design sessions.

Ensure ServiceNow implementations follow best practices, scalability, security and upgrade-safe development standards.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the ServiceNow development team.
