Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to users on Infor ERP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software functionality, data migration, and system configuration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems using problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) and fault tree analysis (FTA).

- Develop and maintain documentation for internal knowledge base articles, user guides, and training materials for end-users.

- Participate in project planning activities such as requirement gathering, design reviews, testing plans development.

Job Requirements :

- 4-10 years of experience in providing IT support or consulting services in an enterprise setting.

- Strong understanding of Infor ERP systems architecture and functionality.

- Proficiency in PL/SQL programming language.

- Experience with visualization tools like Visual Basic.
