HRPlacers is hiring an experienced ERP NAV Functional Consultant for an established industrial group.

We are looking for a functional ERP professional with robust experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including ERP implementation, business process analysis, configuration and user support.

The ideal candidate should understand manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales and finance workflows and be capable of coordinating ERP implementation and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- ERP Implementation: Participate in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing and go-live support.
- Business Process Analysis: Understand business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
- Functional Configuration: Configure and support ERP modules covering finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing and manufacturing.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and recommend ERP-based improvements to business processes.
- User Support: Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot transactions and support day-to-day ERP operations.
- Testing & Deployment: Prepare functional test cases, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate deployment activities.
- Data Migration: Support master-data preparation, validation and migration during ERP implementation or upgrades.
- Documentation & Training: Prepare functional specifications, SOPs,



process documentation and user-training materials.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with business users, management, technical developers and implementation partners to ensure successful ERP delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant ERP functional experience, with 7+ years preferred.
- Strong functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience participating in complete ERP implementation lifecycles, including requirement analysis, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Good understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, procurement, sales and finance processes.
- Ability to prepare functional requirement documents, conduct UAT and support business users.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience implementing ERP systems in manufacturing or distribution companies.
- Exposure to multiple ERP implementation projects, preferably full lifecycle.
- Strong functional consulting background rather than purely technical development experience.
- Ability to independently interact with business departments and resolve ERP process issues.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, reporting and business process optimization will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
