Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ERP & IT Executive - Trainee based in Rajkot. The role involves assisting in the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operation of ERP systems used for manufacturing and service processes. The trainee or executive will support routine IT operations, including system monitoring, user account management, and basic hardware and software maintenance.

Daily responsibilities include responding to user queries, providing first-level technical support,



documenting issues and resolutions, and escalating complex problems to senior IT staff. The role also includes learning and applying best practices in data security, network usage, and system backups, while collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth ERP and IT workflows.

Qualifications:

- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve user and system issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of information technology and IT operations, including basic hardware, software, and security practices.
- Understanding of network administration concepts such as connectivity, user access, and basic configuration.
- Ability to learn and work with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Relevant academic background in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field (diploma or degree).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and end users.
- Willingness to work in office in Rajkot and develop skills under the guidance of senior IT and ERP professionals.
