Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an ERP & Desktop Support professional. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support for ERP users, including troubleshooting application issues, managing user access, and coordinating with ERP vendors or internal IT teams for system enhancements and updates. The team member will handle desktop support activities such as installing and configuring hardware and software, resolving operating system and network connectivity issues, and ensuring regular maintenance and security updates.

Responsibilities also include documenting recurring problems, creating user guides or FAQs,



supporting data integrity and basic reporting tasks related to ERP usage, and responding promptly to user queries and service requests to maintain smooth business operations.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot ERP and desktop issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Planning skills to prioritize support requests, schedule maintenance activities, and manage small implementation or upgrade tasks.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders, explaining technical information clearly, and documenting processes.
- Basic understanding of finance concepts to support ERP modules related to accounts, billing, or reporting as needed.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to respond to user queries professionally, manage expectations, and ensure user satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (any major platform), Windows desktop environments, common office productivity tools, and basic networking.
- Knowledge of data security best practices, user access control, backup procedures, and system performance monitoring.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in desktop support, ERP, or networking are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
