Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Executive for the Project Department with hands-on experience in Farvision ERP and preferably experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining project-related data and transactions in Farvision ERP, including material, purchase, inventory, work orders, contractors, project expenses, bills, and project MIS.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day Project Department transactions in Farvision ERP.

Create and maintain project-related masters, including Project, Cost Head, Item/Material, Vendor, Contractor and other required masters.

Enter and verify Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and material-related transactions.

Maintain project-wise material receipt, issue, transfer and consumption records.

Manage project inventory and ensure proper ERP documentation.

Process and maintain Work Orders / Sub-Contractor Orders as per approved requirements.

Enter and verify Contractor/Sub-Contractor Bills and related project documentation.

Maintain project-wise cost and expense data in ERP.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Purchase, Stores, Accounts and Commercial teams.

Verify ERP entries against POs, Work Orders, GRNs, Material Requisitions, Bills and supporting documents.

Generate project-wise MIS reports from Farvision ERP.

Monitor project-wise material consumption, purchase, outstanding and cost-related reports.

Assist in project cost tracking and budget vs. actual reporting.

Identify discrepancies in project ERP data and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.





Ensure timely and accurate ERP data entry from project sites.

Support month-end project closing and reconciliation activities.

Coordinate with the ERP support/vendor team for system-related issues.

Provide ERP-related support and guidance to Project/Site users.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP.

Experience in Real Estate / Construction Project ERP operations.

Knowledge of Project Procurement, Stores, Inventory and Contractor Billing.

Valuable understanding of Project Costing and Cost Heads.

Good knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, filters and basic MIS reporting.

Strong data accuracy and reconciliation skills.

Good coordination and communication skills.Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

Expertise in Material and Engineering Module

Store & Inventory Management

Work Order / Sub-Contractor Management

Contractor Billing

Project Costing

Project MIS

Qualification

Graduate and Diploma in any discipline.

B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / Diploma / other relevant qualifications with relevant ERP and project experience will be preferred.

Salary

Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, Farvision ERP knowledge and relevant project experience.
