We are hiring for a Leading Institutional Broking Firm looking to add a dynamic Equity Research Associate to its Institutional Research team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about Indian equity markets and fundamental research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Lead Analyst(s) in covering Indian listed companies across sectors
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research, industry analysis, and peer benchmarking
- Assist in preparing research reports, earnings updates, and thematic notes
- Track quarterly results, management commentary,



and key sector developments
- Participate in management meetings, concalls, and investor interactions
- Maintain databases, financial projections, and research trackers

Desired Profile:

- 1–4 years of experience in Equity Research (Sell Side preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
- Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel
- CFA/CA/MBA (Finance) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced institutional setup
