We are looking for an experienced Equity Dealer / Client Trading Executive to join our growing stock broking business.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in stock broking, equity/F&O; markets and handling trading clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and maintain relationships with existing trading clients
- Assist clients with trading platform and order execution as permitted
- Regularly engage with active and inactive clients
- Improve client activation and retention
- Support clients with platform, order and trading-related operational queries
- Coordinate with internal dealing/research/compliance teams
- Maintain proper records of client interactions
- Work towards legitimate growth in active clients and brokerage business
- Follow all applicable exchange, broker and compliance requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience with a stock broker / brokerage / equity dealing desk preferred
- Good understanding of Equity,
Futures & Options
- Understanding of market, limit and stop-loss orders
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple trading clients
- Relevant NISM certification preferred/required as applicable to assigned responsibilities
- Target-oriented while maintaining strict compliance standards
Candidates from established brokerage firms will be preferred.
