Job Summary

We are looking for a Entrepreneurship Guidance Coordinator to join a growing HappinessCue team in Noida.

The role will support individuals using HappinessCue for career and skilled guidance, including career direction, job search, interview readiness, career transitions, workplace challenges and professional growth.

The person will understand the requirement, coordinate with suitable experts, track conversations and help clients move smoothly from enquiry to guidance.

The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.

HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suitable experts to address client needs.
- Track conversations and progress to help clients move from enquiry to guidance.




- Support individuals using HappinessCue for career and professional guidance, including career direction, job search, interview readiness, career transitions, workplace challenges and professional growth.
- Take ownership of enquiries rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.

Requirements

- Candidates from career services, recruitment, HR, learning, client servicing or other people-facing backgrounds are welcome.
- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

Experience

- 0-4 years of experience; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
