Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Entra ID Customer Engineer to provide deep technical expertise in identity and access management solutions within Microsoft cloud environments. The ideal candidate will support enterprise customers in designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) solutions while ensuring security, compliance, and seamless user access experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and consulting for Microsoft Entra ID services.
- Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and authorization issues.
- Manage and support:
- Microsoft Entra ID




- Azure Active Directory
- Hybrid Identity
- Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Conditional Access Policies
- Identity Protection
- Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Passwordless Authentication
- Implement and support federation technologies including:
- Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
- SAML
- OAuth
- OpenID Connect
- WS-Federation
- Design and troubleshoot hybrid identity solutions integrating on-premises Active Directory with Entra ID.
- Support identity governance, lifecycle management, access reviews, and entitlement management.
- Perform health checks, proactive monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Work with customers to resolve high-severity incidents and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with Microsoft product groups and engineering teams on escalations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and best practices.
