Role & responsibilities

Define and govern Excellon's overall enterprise architecture, covering:

- Applications and platforms
- Data and analytics
- Integrations and event-driven systems
- AI / agentic enablement

Own architecture standards for:

- Database design
- System integration
- Event and service orchestration

Ensure alignment between:

- Client business objectives
- Excellon product roadmap
- Technology stack decisions
- Drive modernization initiatives across legacy and new systems.
- Act as a senior technology advisor for large enterprise clients.
- Review and approve solution designs for correctness and scalability.
- Guide adoption of agentic and AI-first architectures.

Preferred candidate profile 15+ years in enterprise / solution architecture roles.

Robust background in:

- Database and data modelling
- System integration
- Distributed and event-driven systems
- Proven experience handling complex, multi-system enterprise landscapes.
- Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.

Technology stack expertise:

- NodeJs, Python
- Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB
- Azure cloud
- Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes
- Data lake design, ETL pipeline, analytics reports
