Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise AEM Architect to define and deliver enterprise-scale digital experience architectures leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud, AI/ML capabilities, customer data platforms, and modern cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine deep enterprise architecture expertise with digital experience strategy, AI-driven personalization, data architecture, and cloud-native solution design.

You will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate business vision into enterprise architecture roadmaps, scalable technical solutions, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Architecture & Digital Strategy

- Define enterprise architecture strategies and multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Design end-to-end architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud and integrated enterprise ecosystems.
- Identify business opportunities for personalization, customer journey orchestration, next-best-action solutions, and marketing optimization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and future-ready technical architectures.

2. Adobe Experience Cloud & Solution Architecture

- Architect enterprise digital experience solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and other relevant Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
- Design customer data, identity resolution, profile management, data ingestion, governance, and activation architectures.
- Integrate Adobe solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms, and external systems.
- Apply API-first, microservices, event-driven, and serverless architecture principles.

3. AI, Data & Cloud Architecture

- Design AI-enabled customer experiences using modern AI/ML platforms and LLM-based services.
- Understand and apply concepts such as prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with data science and ML teams to define AI solution patterns, guardrails, and governance.




- Understand agentic workflows, tool-using agents, observability, reliability, and enterprise AI governance.
- Design secure, scalable cloud architectures across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or other public cloud platforms.

4. Architecture Governance & Stakeholder Management

- Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, governance processes, and technology decision frameworks.
- Ensure alignment across business, marketing, product, data, IT, and engineering teams.
- Communicate architecture options, technical trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to senior executives.
- Lead architecture workshops, visioning sessions, and roadmap presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and senior stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.

5. Practice Development & Technical Leadership

- Develop reusable architecture patterns, reference models, templates, and solution accelerators.
- Mentor architects and consultants on enterprise, AI, data, and cloud architecture.
- Support presales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, proposals, and executive presentations.
- Guide delivery teams in implementing the defined architecture vision.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technology consulting, or related fields.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale architecture models.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and patterns, including TOGAF, API-based architecture, and SOA .
- Experience with public cloud architecture, preferably Microsoft Azure and/or AWS .
- Experience designing or integrating AI-powered solutions, including familiarity with LLMs, prompt design, RAG, and model evaluation.




- Understanding of AI solution guardrails, agentic workflows, reliability, observability, and governance.
- Ability to translate business vision into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
- Strong experience collaborating with software engineers, data architects, application developers, and data scientists.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead architecture execution across cross-functional business and technology teams.

Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Experience with digital marketing and customer experience platforms.
- Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), identity management, customer profiles, and omnichannel personalization.
- Familiarity with cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and serverless architectures.
- Experience supporting digital, data, and AI transformation programs.
- Presales solutioning, consulting, and enterprise architecture roadmap experience.

Important Requirements
- Must be comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Must be able to engage with senior client stakeholders and lead architecture discussions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% , as required by the engagement.
- Robust business acumen and the ability to connect architecture decisions with measurable business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a strategic technology leader who can combine Adobe Experience Cloud expertise, enterprise architecture, AI/LLM integration, data strategy, and cloud architecture to design secure, scalable, and business-aligned digital experiences.

Candidates with strong enterprise architecture experience and relevant Adobe ecosystem exposure will be preferred.
