– Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare courses and lessons while maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge relevant to ICSE/IGCSE curriculum for Classes 6 to 12.
- Actively engage in teaching and supporting students in their academic development.
- Motivate, facilitate, and teach students according to their individual learning needs.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to students across different ability levels.
- Prepare weekly assignments for each assigned batch.
- Ensure timely correction, assessment, and marking of assignments completed by students.
- Assess, record, and report on students’ academic development and progress.
- Communicate with parents and provide constructive feedback during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) or whenever required.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach English to students from Classes 6 to 12.
- Support Foundation Course students in meeting school curriculum requirements while preparing for competitive examinations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Possess excellent presentation, classroom management, and English communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Location:



Willingness to work in Bengaluru (North).
2. Experience: 3–5 years of teaching experience in schools.
3. Subject Expertise: Robust academic background and in-depth knowledge of English.
4. Technical Skills: Tech-savvy, with the ability to assist the Lead Educator with administrative and academic coordination tasks.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Curriculum Experience: Preference for candidates with experience teaching ICSE subjects and familiarity with ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or ISC curricula.
7. Educational Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in English is mandatory. B.Ed. is preferred.
8. Additional Preference: Experience in scholastic examination training and a demonstrated commitment to continuous self-learning.
