Tapovan Sanskarpith is inspired by the divine blessings of Yugpradhan Acharyasam Panyas Pravar Shree Chandrashekhar Vijayji Maharaj Saheb and is dedicated to the principles of Dharma Raksha, Rashtra Raksha, and Sanskruti Raksha. Under the guidance of Guruji and the Trustees, and with the blessings of Guruma, the institution serves over 450 students and focuses on providing holistic, quality education rooted in Indian culture and values.

Role Overview The English Teacher is responsible for delivering the CBSE English curriculum effectively, ensuring strong language proficiency and comprehension among students, and maintaining high standards of classroom teaching and assessment. The candidate should be subject-proficient, student-focused, and committed to CBSE teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Lesson Planning

- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the CBSE English curriculum
- Prepare micro and macro lesson plans in advance
- Design competency-based assessments as per CBSE guidelines

Classroom Teaching & Engagement

- Deliver engaging lessons that develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills




- Use varied teaching methods, including literature, grammar, and creative writing activities, to address different learning levels
- Maintain classroom discipline and an effective learning environment

Assessment & Student Progress

- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations, including written and oral language assessments
- Track student progress and provide timely feedback
- Support students who need additional help with language and communication skills

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, and assessment reports
- Follow CBSE documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning and reviews

Eligibility and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English with B.Ed
- CTET/TET qualified as per CBSE norms
- 2-3 years subject-teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school
- Familiarity with the CBSE English (Language and Literature) curriculum and competency-based assessment patterns
