Job Title: English Trainer / Teacher for Kids Department: Training / Education

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and patient English Trainer for Kids to deliver interactive language and communication lessons. The ideal candidate will design engaging activities, story-based sessions, and phonics/reading modules that build foundational vocabulary, correct pronunciation, and speaking confidence in young learners (ages 4–14).

Key Responsibilities 1. Training & Instruction Interactive Teaching: Conduct energetic, age-appropriate English classes using gamified learning, storytelling, role-plays, and audio-visual aids.

Core Skill Development: Train children in foundational reading, phonics, grammar, active listening, and spoken English confidence.

Classroom Management: Maintain a warm, safe, and motivating learning environment that encourages equal participation and minimizes distractions.





- Curriculum & Assessment Lesson Planning: Prepare structured lesson plans and supplementary worksheets aligned with the learning modules.

Progress Tracking: Conduct periodic evaluations, track student learning milestones, and maintain accurate performance records.

Individual Support: Identify students requiring extra guidance and adapt instruction to match different learning paces. 3.

Parent

Communication & Coordination Parent-Teacher Interaction: Provide constructive feedback during regular parent updates or counseling meetings regarding student attendance, behavior, and academic growth.

Administrative Support: Assist with batch scheduling, baseline diagnostic assessments, and coordinator handovers for student transitions.
