Job Responsibilities

- Teach English language, grammar, literature, reading, writing, and communication skills according to the prescribed curriculum.

- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and teaching materials.

- Improve students’ spoken English, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills.

- Conduct regular tests, examinations, and assessments to monitor student progress.

- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.

- Provide individual attention and support to students who need additional help.

- Encourage students to participate in debates, speeches, reading activities, and other language-based events.

- Maintain academic records and communicate students’ progress to parents and school management.

- Follow school policies and participate in meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate or Postgraduate in English or a relevant subject.

- B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.

- Prior teaching experience preferred; freshers with good communication and teaching skills may also apply.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.

- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills

- Fluency in English speaking, reading, and writing.

- Good pronunciation and grammar knowledge.

- Effective teaching and student engagement skills.

- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

- Ability to explain concepts clearly and simplify difficult topics.
