Job Summary

Superhouse Education Foundation is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic English Teacher cum Soft Skills Trainer who can teach English to students up to Class VIII while developing their communication skills, confidence, personality, and interpersonal abilities. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons and conducting practical soft skills and personality development sessions to enhance students' overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

A. English Teaching

- Teach English to students up to Class VIII, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and spoken English.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and engaging classroom activities.
- Improve students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage creative writing, public speaking, debates, storytelling, and group discussions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an interactive learning environment.

B. Soft Skills Training





- Conduct sessions on communication skills, spoken English, and presentation skills.
- Develop students' confidence, self-expression, and public speaking abilities.
- Train students in interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and collaboration.
- Conduct activities related to personality development, etiquette, grooming, and body language.
- Organise role-plays, group discussions, debates, and other experiential learning activities.
- Help students develop positive attitudes, emotional awareness, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Prepare age-appropriate training modules and monitor students' progress.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English or a relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.
- Certification or training in soft skills, communication, personality development, or spoken English will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Prior teaching experience in a school workplace, preferably teaching English up to Class VIII.
- Experience in conducting soft skills, communication, or personality development sessions is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
