Roles and Responsibilities

- Teach English to 1st and 2nd PUC students.

- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom sessions.

- Explain grammar, prose, poetry, and writing skills as per the prescribed syllabus.

- Help students improve their reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.

- Conduct assessments, evaluate assignments, and monitor student progress.

- Support students in preparing for board examinations.

- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: M.A. in English is preferred; candidates with a relevant postgraduate degree may apply.

- B.Ed. qualification will be an added advantage.

- Prior teaching experience in a PU College is preferred.

- Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.

- Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
