Role Description The English IGCSE and AS A Level Facilitator is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The facilitator will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with IGCSE and AS Level curricula, including literature, language, and exam preparation.

Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting interactive classes, assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and tracking academic progress. The role involves offering individual support to learners, addressing queries, and collaborating with other facilitators to maintain academic quality and consistency. The facilitator will also participate in training sessions, parent interactions,



and school initiatives that enhance teaching practices and student outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching skills, with experience in IGCSE and AS Level or similar international curricula.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess Translation skills where needed to support understanding for multilingual learners.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage learner and parent interactions with professionalism and empathy.
