Role Description The Engineering Manager Offshore Structures is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for leading the design and analysis of fixed and floating offshore structures, overseeing project delivery from concept through fabrication, transportation, installation, and in-place conditions.

The Engineering





Manager will manage and mentor a team of engineers, review and approve structural calculations and design documents, and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing technical reports and design briefs, supervising the use of specialized software (such as SACS, STAAD-PRO, ORCAFLEX, MOSES, and related tools), and resolving engineering issues that arise during project execution. The role also involves contributing to proposals, resource planning, and continuous improvement of engineering processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong offshore structural engineering skills, including design and analysis of jackets, jack-up rigs, topsides, and floating structures, with familiarity with industry codes and standards.
