Role & responsibilities

- Ensure 100% compliance with HSE, GMP, cGMP, and GDP requirements.

- Maintain uninterrupted operation of HVAC systems, ventilation units, cold rooms, deep freezers, and refrigeration equipment.

- Execute and monitor preventive maintenance activities as per approved schedules and checklists.

- Monitor HVAC and ventilation system performance and ensure all parameters are maintained within specified limits.

- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely compliance closure.

- Coordinate with QA for preparation and revision of SOPs, formats, and documentation.

- Monitor critical spare inventory and coordinate procurement activities with the Purchase Department.

- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure effective cost control.





- Ensure timely execution and closure of maintenance work orders through the online maintenance system.

- Maintain all maintenance records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.

- Implement energy conservation and cost-saving projects.

- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repair activities.

- Ensure proper housekeeping in technical areas, AHUs, and utility sections.

- Conduct regular technical training programs for technicians and maintenance staff.

- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
