- Expertise in Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance of CNC Machines: *Makino A81 (HMC), DMG Mori, Hyundai VMC, VTL, and Ace Micromatic, Gleason, Hobbing machines.
- Handling complete Utility Maintenance: Kaeser Compressor, 1010 kVA DG Set, and Cooling Tower
- Managing Critical Spare Parts Inventory and purchase planning as per machine requirements to ensure zero downtime
- Daily monitoring and control of Lube & Oil consumption, coolant management for all machines
- Working on MTTR & MTBF improvement and machine reliability improvement.
