2 NOC Engineer Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities :Troubleshoot network infrastructure using NMS monitoring tools.Perform L2-level network troubleshooting and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.Troubleshoot and support Routing and Internet/MPLS connectivity.Analyze network incidents and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.Troubleshoot with field engineers and vendors for issue resolution.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate L3/network teams.Maintain accurate shift reports, incident updates, and handover details.Ensure all network incidents are tracked and resolved within the defined SLA and operational standards.Follow NOC processes, escalation procedures, and network monitoring best practices.CCNA, CCNP certification is preferred or will be an added advantage.
