Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across tyre manufacturing processes.
- Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials, compounds, and finished tyres.
- Support in-process quality inspections and product testing.
- Analyze quality defects, customer complaints, and rejection data.
- Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, testing reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Quality teams for continuous improvement.
