Role & responsibilities
Incoming inspection of paint and checking as per purchase order.
- Monitor and verify daily weather log sheet, blotter test, beaker test, blasting pressure, salt contamination test, dust test, profile check, WFT, DFT, adhesion test, holiday test, etc.
- Day-to-day inspection as per the request at our work and supplier place with respect to quality plan.
• Monitoring the calibration of measuring and monitoring devices.
- Preparation of blasting and painting record for client manufacturing data record.
- Co-ordinating with customer on stage wise inspection.
Preferred candidate profile
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2 years of experience in blasting & painting inspection experience in overall experience
- Knowledge of painting inspection & basic engineering.
- Knowledge of reading basic engineering drawing.
- Knowledge of handing measuring instruments.
