Role Description The Engineer – Machine Maintenance (Solar Plant) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ganaur. The role includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plant machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable plant operations.

Responsibilities involve monitoring equipment performance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating repairs with internal teams and vendors, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The engineer will implement safety procedures, support continuous improvement of maintenance processes, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to enhance overall plant efficiency and reliability.



The position may also involve supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and assisting with root-cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills and experience in the Solar Industry and Solar Power, with a strong understanding of solar plant operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Solar Systems and PV Design, including familiarity with photovoltaic components and system configurations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, focusing on power distribution, control systems, and safety standards in solar installations.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Hands-on experience in machine and equipment maintenance in solar plants or similar industrial environments.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques, diagnostic tools, and maintenance documentation.
- Understanding of relevant safety regulations, electrical codes, and best practices for working with high-voltage equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use basic maintenance software, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work in an on-site industrial setting.
