Job Title: Engineer III, Electrical We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer III with a robust foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The ideal candidate will be capable of conceptualizing design architectures, performing design calculations, and leading design analysis and optimization efforts. You will have the opportunity to mentor early talent and engage in complex projects, driving decisions through design and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

- Drive decision-making through design and simulation tools.
- Mentor and guide team members with hands-on experience.
- Conceptualize design architectures and identify challenges.
- Conduct design calculations to verify designs.
- Collaborate on concepts, perform trade-off analysis, and lead component selection to meet technical specifications.
- Lead design analysis and simulation to ensure design optimization and adherence to requirements.
- Conduct testing as per test plans, including functional and regulatory test cases, and record test results.
- Develop and deliver schematics based on design documents and inputs.
- Build design documents and artifacts as per design process.
- Work on medium to high complexity projects independently, with the ability to mentor early talent.
- Build work breakdown structures (WBS) of projects with support from project managers.
- Engage with cross-functional teams for reviews and inputs.

Essential Skills

- Excellent understanding of Electrical and Electronics Engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to conceptualize and run design calculations.
- Proficient in design analysis and simulation.
- Experience in conducting testing and recording results.
- Ability to develop schematics and design documents.
- 8 - 14 years of experience in the field.




- Experience in circuit design and simulation tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Over 10 years of proven track record.
