Role & responsibilities

1. Client Billing & Revenue Management
- Prepare and submit RA Bills, milestone bills, final bills
- Verify executed quantities from site records, BOQ, drawings, and measurement sheets.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices with supporting documents.
- Track bill certification status and coordinate with clients for approvals and payment release.

- Quantity Verification & Measurement

- Verify quantities executed at site against approved drawings and BOQ.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurement collection and reconciliation.




- Prepare measurement sheets and quantity abstracts for billing.
- Monitor quantity consumption and identify variances against budget.

- Subcontractor Billing

- Review and certify subcontractor RA bills based on executed quantities and contract terms.
- Verify work completion records, measurements, and supporting documents.
- Prepare payment recommendations and maintain subcontractor billing records.
- Track retention, advances, recoveries, and deductions.

- Commercial & Contract Management

- Support preparation of variation orders, change orders, and extra item claims.
- Assist in cost monitoring, reconciliation, and commercial reporting.
- Maintain contractual correspondence related to billing and claims
