We are looking for a 3D Piping Spool Engineer to monitor and coordinate 3D piping spool fabrication activities, ensuring quality, documentation, specifications, and timely delivery as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily throughput of 3D piping spools and ensure timely inputs as per project requirements.
- Monitor 3D pipe spool fabrication and delivery in accordance with applicable specifications, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure piping spool fabrication activities meet project schedules, customer specifications, and design requirements.
- Monitor 3D piping spool documentation and ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and applicable design codes.
- Provide first-time-right inputs to pipe spool fabrication shops to minimize errors and rework.
- Track fabrication shop KPIs and throughput in line with project objectives.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures, processes,



quality requirements, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate timely inspection, approvals, NDT and testing activities.
- Support optimization of 3D piping spool fabrication processes to improve quality, productivity, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure customer requirements and approvals are met for fabricated piping spools.

Required Skills
- Experience in 3D Piping / Pipe Spool Fabrication
- Knowledge of piping fabrication, spool drawings and fabrication processes
- Understanding of Piping Codes, Standards and Specifications
- Knowledge of NDT, testing and inspection processes
- Experience in quality documentation and customer approvals
- Ability to monitor production throughput, KPIs and project schedules
- Valuable coordination skills with fabrication shops, inspection and project teams.
