- Assist doctors during endoscopic procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, as required.

- Prepare the endoscopy room, equipment, instruments, and accessories before procedures.

- Handle, clean, disinfect, and store endoscopes according to established infection control protocols.

- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of endoscopy equipment and accessories.

- Prepare patients for procedures and provide assistance throughout the procedure.

- Monitor equipment readiness and promptly report technical issues.

- Maintain accurate records of procedures, equipment usage, and sterilization or disinfection activities.

- Follow hospital protocols for biomedical waste disposal and infection prevention.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth departmental operations.

- Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and safety at all times.
