Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Embroidery Executive to manage challan entries, maintain embroidery production records, prepare MIS reports, and coordinate with external embroidery vendors to ensure timely execution and delivery of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Challan Management: Handle daily embroidery challan entries, including challan numbers, dates, design codes, quantities, and vendor details.
- MIS & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of materials and garments issued to and received from embroidery vendors, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with embroidery vendors regarding work allocation, production status, pending quantities, quality issues, and delivery timelines.
- Production Tracking: Monitor challan-wise work progress, pending orders, completed quantities, rework, and rejections.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Verify issued and received quantities and report discrepancies, shortages, or excess materials.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and periodic MIS reports on challan status,



vendor-wise production, pending work, and delivery schedules.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with the production, merchandising, and stores teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of embroidery work.
- Documentation & Follow-up: Maintain proper records of challan closures and follow up with vendors to ensure timely submission of completed work and supporting documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in embroidery production, MIS, challan entry, or vendor coordination, preferably in the fashion or garment industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and record-maintenance skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling quantities and production data.
- Ability to manage multiple challans and meet deadlines.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
