At the CTO’s Office, we don't just write code; we craft technology. As an Emerging Artisan, you will work directly alongside Ashish (CTO, IDfy) and senior engineers to research, experiment, and build breakthrough tech. Research. Build. Solve. Together.

Here's what your day would look like...

- Rapid Prototyping & AI Experiments: Experimenting with Agentic AI Systems, AI-Native workflows, and Cloud solutions under direct CTO office mentorship.
- Turning Ideas into Code: Moving fast along the Ideas Research Prototype Impact path.
- Solving Real-World Tech Challenges: Writing clean code, debugging complex modules, and testing modern software patterns.
- Learning at High Speed: Absorbing deep system architecture knowledge and best engineering practices from senior artisans and tech leads.




- High-Energy Work Setting: Working in-office and an active, fitness-oriented vibe.

We are the perfect match if you...
- Have 1-2 years of experience with exceptional problem-solving and coding fundamentals.
- Are disciplined, dedicated, and genuinely obsessed with building software, tinkering with LLMs, or exploring new technology stack.
- Possess a high degree of curiosity, strong logic, and first-principles thinking.
- Are eager to work in an in-office environment with high energy and active collaboration.
- Love staying active, value a daily fitness routine, and aren't shy to bring your full self to the team!

Must Have
- Less than 2 years of engineering/development experience with strong problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in contemporary programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java)
- Fundamental understanding of APIs, data structures, and basic cloud/AI concepts
- Strong learning agility, discipline, and dedication to code craftsmanship
- In-office availability at Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

Good to Have
- Hands-on academic or side-project experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Active GitHub profile, hackathon wins, or personal technical builds
- High energy, fitness-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills
