Job Overview

We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to execute outbound marketing campaigns that support lead generation, prospect follow-up, and re-engagement.

The role involves preparing and sending cold email and WhatsApp campaigns, organizing and segmenting contact lists, managing follow-up sequences, tracking responses, and maintaining accurate campaign records.

You will help generate relevant business enquiries through structured, well-organized outreach. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with prospect databases, following campaign processes, and maintaining professional, relevant communication across channels.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Previous experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold outreach, or lead generation is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, schedule, and execute cold email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns using approved tools and processes.
- Organize, clean, and segment contact lists based on campaign requirements and target audiences.
- Execute follow-up sequences for prospects who have not responded or require further communication.
- Support re-engagement campaigns for suitable existing contacts.
- Maintain accurate records of messages sent, replies received, interested prospects, follow-up status, and campaign outcomes.
- Monitor responses and identify interested leads for further follow-up by the sales or business development team.
- Maintain clean contact databases and check for duplicate records to reduce repeated or irrelevant outreach.
- Track campaign activity and basic performance metrics, such as delivery, replies, positive responses, and qualified enquiries, where available.




- Use spreadsheets, CRM systems, and campaign management tools to organize data and monitor progress.
- Follow campaign instructions, approved messaging, and communication guidelines.
- Keep outreach messages clear, relevant, professional, and aligned with the intended audience.
- Follow applicable privacy requirements, messaging-platform rules, and consent or opt-out requirements for email and WhatsApp communications.

Candidates with previous experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- Email marketing and cold email outreach
- WhatsApp marketing and business messaging
- Lead generation and prospect follow-up
- Database marketing and contact-list management
- CRM follow-up and sales support
- Campaign execution and response tracking
- Prospect segmentation and re-engagement campaigns

A specific previous job title is not required. Practical understanding of outreach, attention to detail, written communication, and the ability to maintain organized campaign data are important. Who Should Apply?
