We are looking for an Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive with hands-on experience in B2B prospect research, business email discovery, data enrichment, and cold email campaigns.

Your primary responsibility will be to build targeted business prospect databases, find and verify qualified email addresses, and execute outbound email campaigns to generate relevant leads and new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy data research, working with prospecting tools, using AI-powered solutions, and managing email outreach campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Data Extraction: Research and extract targeted business data from Google Maps, business directories, company websites, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.
- Business Email Finding: Discover skilled email addresses using company websites, business domains, company names, phone lists, and available prospect information.
- AI-Powered Prospecting: Use AI tools, email discovery platforms, and data-enrichment solutions to identify prospects and improve research efficiency.
- Decision-Maker Research: Identify relevant contacts, including Founders, Business Owners, Directors, CEOs, Marketing Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Email Verification: Verify email addresses, minimize invalid contacts, and maintain clean, accurate prospect databases.
- Prospect List Segmentation: Organize and segment contact lists by industry, location, company type, decision-maker role, and other targeting criteria.
- Cold Email Campaigns: Plan, prepare, and execute high-volume B2B cold email campaigns based on defined daily targets.
- Email Automation: Set up automated email sequences, follow-up messages, and campaign workflows.




- AI-Assisted Personalization: Use AI tools to support prospect research, personalize outreach, and prepare campaign content.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Track email bounce rates, replies, deliverability, sender reputation, and overall campaign performance.
- Lead Tracking: Monitor positive responses, qualified leads, and business opportunities generated through email outreach.
- List Hygiene & Suppression: Maintain unsubscribe, suppression, and exclusion lists and ensure outreach follows applicable email marketing and privacy requirements.

Experience A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred in one or more of the following areas:

- Cold email outreach
- B2B email lead generation
- Business data extraction and enrichment
- Prospect research and email discovery
- Email campaign execution or automation

Hands-on experience managing bulk cold email campaigns and building targeted B2B prospect databases is particularly valuable. Who Can Apply?

Role Objective
