Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong and result-oriented ELV System Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team in developing ELV solutions, preparing technical proposals, estimating project requirements, and providing pre-sales technical support to customers and project teams.

The candidate should have good knowledge of ELV systems, engineering design, BOQ preparation, estimation, tendering, and technical documentation, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements, tender documents, RFQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Study project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work to identify ELV requirements.
- Prepare suitable technical solutions and system architectures based on client requirements.
- Prepare BOQ, BOM, technical specifications, compliance statements, and cost estimates.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the sales and estimation teams.
- Review and analyse tender documents and identify technical and commercial deviations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, system integrators,



and internal engineering teams for technical clarifications.
- Conduct site visits and gather technical information wherever required.
- Prepare system design concepts, block diagrams, technical submittals, and presentations.
- Select suitable products, equipment, and technologies based on project specifications and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for product selection, pricing, technical information, and quotations.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, technical presentations, and clarification meetings.
- Prepare responses to technical queries and tender clarifications.
- Ensure proposals are technically compliant with client and consultant specifications.
- Maintain a database of products, vendors, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Support the sales team in identifying current business opportunities and developing ELV solutions.
- Coordinate with the execution/project team during project handover to ensure proper understanding of the proposed solution.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
