Job Overview

We are looking for an Eligibility & Benefits Verification Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, or Insurance Verification. The candidate will be responsible for verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits and accurately documenting coverage information.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patient insurance eligibility and advantages through payer portals and insurance websites.
- Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and benefits when required.
- Check effective dates, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket limits.
- Verify coverage for specific healthcare services and identify limitations or exclusions.
- Check authorization and referral requirements where applicable.
- Accurately update insurance and verification information in the system/EMR.
- Maintain accurate records of all verification activities.
- Follow up with insurance companies for missing or unclear information.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding patient insurance coverage.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned verification tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Healthcare, Eligibility & Benefits Verification, Medical Billing, RCM, or a related process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare insurance and terminology.
- Experience with insurance portals is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM).
