Job Responsibilities

- Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of home elevators.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs.
- customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure safety standards and quality procedures are followed.
- Guide junior technicians and support the technical team.
- Maintain service reports and update job details in the company software.
- Ensure punctuality, proper grooming, discipline, and professional customer handling.
- Travel to customer locations across the assigned South Indian region.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in the elevator/lift industry.
- Experience in lift installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and attend technical training.
- Robust focus on safety, discipline, and teamwork.
