Electrical & Mechanical Technician ADAS | Automotive

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-field electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical support for ADAS endurance vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and repair automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
- Prepare, modify, and troubleshoot vehicle wiring harnesses.
- Install and integrate automotive sensors and instrumentation equipment.
- Perform vehicle component assembly, disassembly, and mechanical integration.
- Support vehicle building, basic fabrication, drilling, and welding activities.
- Assist in vehicle testing, validation, and data acquisition system checks.
- Diagnose sensor-related issues and vehicle communication problems.
- Work with CAN tools and vehicle communication protocols.
- Support vehicle breakdowns and resolve field-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper functioning of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems during testing.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience in wiring harness preparation, vehicle assembly, or mechanical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of automotive sensors, instrumentation, and vehicle integration.
- Familiarity with CAN tools and vehicle communication protocols for electrical/instrumentation roles.
- Knowledge of vehicle bodywork and basic fabrication for mechanical roles.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in field conditions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Educational Qualification ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Automotive, or a related discipline.

Experience Required

1-3 years of experience in automotive testing, instrumentation, vehicle integration, vehicle building, or field service support
