Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Maintain electrical panels, motors, drives, contactors, relays, and industrial wiring systems.
- Monitor and maintain PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensors, VFDs, and control circuits, wherever applicable.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of production equipment and utilities.
- Carry out root cause analysis for recurring electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown records, and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, LOTO, and plant safety standards.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
- Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with vendors for maintenance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and productivity.





Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical panels, motors, drives, and industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance is preferred.
