- Design, develop and implement electrical systems for lift/elevator applications.

- Handle electrical wiring, control panels, motors, sensors, relays, contactors and safety circuits.

- Prepare and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and control circuit drawings.

- Coordinate with production and assembly teams for electrical panel assembly and machine wiring.

- Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of lift systems.

- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults, control panel issues, sensor failures and wiring problems.

- Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, PLCs, controllers and other lift control systems, where applicable.

- Ensure proper functioning of limit switches, door sensors, safety circuits, emergency systems and interlocks.

- Conduct functional testing and final inspection before dispatch or site commissioning.





- Support installation and commissioning teams at customer/project sites whenever required.

- Coordinate with Mechanical, Production, Quality, R&D; and Service teams for resolving technical issues.

- Ensure electrical systems comply with design specifications, quality standards and applicable safety requirements.

- Prepare and maintain testing reports, electrical inspection records and technical documentation.

- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring electrical problems.

- Identify opportunities for electrical system improvement, cost reduction and process optimization.

- Ensure proper maintenance and secure handling of electrical tools, testing instruments and equipment.

- Guide technicians and electricians in wiring, testing, troubleshooting and installation activities.
