Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, panels, pumps, and industrial equipment.
- Handle electrical maintenance and breakdowns at RMC plants, crusher units, block factories, and construction sites.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Inspect electrical wiring, control panels, cables, and power distribution systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of motors, starters, generators, and other electrical equipment.
- Monitor electrical safety standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external service providers for repairs and servicing.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records and prepare reports.
- Identify faults and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.




- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of motors, electrical panels, wiring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience in RMC, crusher, manufacturing, or construction industries will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work at industrial plants and construction sites.

Required Skills
- Electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between company units as required.

Experience: 5–10 years preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Jyothi Groups of Companies, Bengaluru / assigned plant locations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
