Key Responsibilities

- Reading Schematics: Interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, plant schematics, and engineering specifications.

- Assembling &
- Installing:

Place, align, wire, and assemble electrical equipment, motors, switchgear, control panels, and transformers.

- Maintenance &

- Testing:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance, check insulation resistance, test voltage and current flow, and commission systems.

- Troubleshooting &

- Repair:

Diagnose mechanical or electrical faults in AC/DC drives, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and wiring, then replace or repair defective components.

- Safety &

- Compliance:

Follow lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to local and international electrical safety standards.

Required Skills

- Hard Skills: Electrical equipment assembly and wiring,



troubleshooting with multimeters and diagnostic tools, reading technical drawings, and knowledge of safety regulations.

- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and clear communication with engineers and operators.

Qualifications &

- Education

- Education: Craft certificate, vocational diploma, or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) / technical degree in electrical or electronic engineering.

- Experience: Often requires an apprenticeship or practical hands-on experience in a heavy manufacturing, processing plant, or power generation workshop.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
