About the Role

We are looking for Program / Senior Program Counsellors to join our Degree & Certifications – Online Sales team. The role involves counselling mid-level and senior working professionals and driving enrolments for programs offered in collaboration with leading institutes such as IIMs and IITs .

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel working professionals and understand their career and learning requirements.
- Manage and convert qualified leads for Imarticus Learning's degree and certification programs.
- Handle the complete sales cycle , from lead engagement to final enrolment.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and assist prospects with payment and admission formalities.
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets .
- Position programs effectively based on the learner's career goals.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For




- 2–7 years of experience in Sales , preferably EdTech, Education, B2C, Inside Sales, or Consultative Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong listening and empathy skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
