Eduworld International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented student Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their study-abroad requirements, providing basic information about available opportunities, and generating qualified leads for the counselling team.

Candidates with prior experience in the study-abroad, overseas education, education consultancy, telecalling, or sales industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
- Understand students' requirements, interests, and study-abroad plans.
- Provide accurate basic information regarding courses, destinations, and available services.
- Schedule appointments for Senior Academic Counsellors.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the sales team for effective lead conversion.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in study abroad/overseas education is preferred.
- Candidates with telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or education consultancy experience may also be considered.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
