Berkley Hyundai is looking for a technically proficient, detail-oriented, and analytical EDP Executive to manage dealership data, maintain accurate system records, prepare MIS reports, and support smooth day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good computer knowledge, and the ability to ensure data accuracy across dealership departments, including Sales, Service, and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, update, and verify dealership data in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and other business applications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Monitor data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely corrections.
- Maintain sales, service, customer, vehicle inventory, and billing-related reports.
- Generate reports using MS Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Accounts teams to collect and validate data.
- Ensure timely data entry and reporting as per management requirements.
- Maintain proper digital records, documentation, and data confidentiality.
- Provide basic system and software support to dealership staff.
- Assist management with performance tracking, reporting,



and operational analysis.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; computer applications or IT qualifications preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in EDP, MIS, or data management; automobile dealership experience will be an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with DMS, ERP, or dealership management software preferred.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple reports and meet deadlines.
