Through our digital platform and e-magazine, we aim to showcase talent, highlight interesting personalities, cover entertainment trends and provide valuable information to artists and aspiring creators.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and research-oriented Editorial & Entertainment Correspondent to identify stories, conduct interviews, develop original articles and contribute to the growth of our e-magazine.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys journalism, storytelling, discovering interesting personalities and creating content that attracts an audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Editorial Content & Journalism

- Write approximately 10–12 articles per week for the SNC e-magazine.
- Identify trending topics, entertainment developments and interesting stories.
- Develop original articles, features, personality profiles, interviews and informative content.
- Research and report on actors, models, singers, influencers, emerging artists and regional entertainment personalities.
- Write compelling headlines and engaging stories for digital audiences.
- Ensure factual accuracy, originality and editorial quality.
- Contribute story ideas for cover stories and recurring magazine features.

1. Research & Story Identification

- Independently identify stories relevant to entertainment, artists, creators and the influencer ecosystem.
- Research personalities, industry developments, regional entertainment scenes and emerging trends.
- Verify facts and information before publication.
- Identify stories with the potential to attract relevant readers to the SNC website.
- Develop original, research-based content rather than simply rewriting articles from other publications.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential stories for upcoming magazine editions.

1. Celebrity Identification, Outreach & Interviews

- Identify regional celebrities, actors, singers, models, influencers, performers and other noteworthy personalities for interviews.
- Evaluate potential interviewees based on their professional relevance, audience, engagement and potential to attract readers and subscribers.
- Independently approach personalities through email, telephone, social media and other appropriate channels.
- Secure interview opportunities and coordinate with interviewees.
- Prepare thoughtful questions based on each personality's background, achievements and professional journey.
- Conduct interviews through telephone calls, email or other remote communication methods.




- Convert interviews into engaging, publication-ready articles.
- Coordinate with interviewees to encourage them to share their published interviews with their audiences.
- Explore opportunities to feature emerging talent and personalities from regional entertainment industries.

The candidate will be responsible for the entire interview process, from identifying suitable personalities and securing interviews to preparing the article and coordinating its promotion.
1. Designing & Magazine Presentation

- Design basic magazine visuals, article graphics and social-media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Select suitable images and support the visual presentation of articles and interviews.
- Create promotional graphics for featured personalities and stories.
- Convert articles into Instagram carousels and other suitable social-media formats.
- Maintain consistency in the visual presentation of the SNC e-magazine.

1. Content Promotion & Audience Development

- Develop promotional content for published articles and interviews.
- Prepare social-media captions, headlines and creative concepts.
- Coordinate with interviewees to encourage the sharing of published stories.
- Identify opportunities to drive relevant audiences from social media to the SNC website.
- Research emerging content trends and recommend new story formats.
- Monitor audience responses and suggest ways to improve content performance.

1. Performance-Linked Content & Subscription Growth

This is a performance-driven role. Content is expected to contribute to the growth of Stars N Celebs beyond simply generating article views. The candidate will be expected to:
- Identify stories and personalities that can attract relevant audiences to SNC.
- Develop content that contributes to website traffic, audience growth and paid subscription generation.
- Evaluate interviewees based on audience relevance, engagement, promotional willingness and potential to attract subscribers.
- Explain the rationale behind proposed interviews and their potential value to SNC.
- Develop strategies to encourage readers to visit the website and explore its services.
- Track available performance indicators, including article views, website traffic, registrations, social-media engagement and paid subscriptions.
- Analyse content performance and continuously improve story selection and promotional strategies.

The objective is to create credible,



engaging and performance-linked editorial content that strengthens SNC's reputation and contributes to paid subscription growth. Skills & Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Valuable command of English; knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is an advantage.
- Strong research and fact-checking abilities.
- An interest in entertainment journalism and digital publishing.
- Confidence in approaching personalities and conducting professional interviews.
- Ability to independently identify and secure interview opportunities.
- Basic designing skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media and digital content formats.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Initiative, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment.

Candidates with strong writing, research and communication skills may also apply if they do not have formal journalism experience.
