Reporting To: Head of Research / Senior Economist / Economic Advisor

Experience: 1–5 years (depending on company requirements)

Qualification: Master's degree in Economics, Applied Economics, or a related field preferred.

Job Summary The Economist will analyze economic trends, financial data, market developments, and industry indicators to support business planning, policy evaluation, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The role involves conducting economic research, developing forecasts, preparing analytical reports, and providing insights into macroeconomic and microeconomic developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and analysis on macroeconomic and microeconomic trends.
- Analyze economic indicators such as GDP, inflation, interest rates, employment, exchange rates, and fiscal deficits.
- Collect, validate, and interpret economic, financial, and industry-related data.
- Develop economic forecasts, models, and scenario analyses.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, policy briefs, and economic outlooks.




- Monitor government policies, budgets, monetary policy decisions, and regulatory developments.
- Evaluate the impact of economic changes on business performance, industries, investments, and markets.
- Conduct market research and assess industry trends, demand, supply, and pricing patterns.
- Use statistical and econometric techniques to identify trends and relationships.
- Prepare dashboards and data visualizations to communicate economic findings.
- Collaborate with finance, strategy, research, and business teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Maintain updated economic databases and ensure the accuracy of research outputs.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Applied Economics, Econometrics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of economic theories, statistical methods, and economic indicators.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per month
