Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for overseeing and growing Atomic’s online sales channels across its diverse brands. This role includes managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising on ecommerce platforms, while ensuring accurate and appealing content for customers.

The Ecommerce

Manager will monitor site performance, analyze sales and customer behavior, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, average order value, and overall revenue. Daily tasks involve coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to plan campaigns, manage inventory availability,



and maintain smooth order fulfillment and returns processes. The role also requires staying updated on ecommerce trends, competitor activities, and platform policies to optimize Atomic’s digital presence and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online storefronts, drive revenue growth, and optimize product performance across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills to plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning that support ecommerce objectives.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, customer behavior, and performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with external partners, and provide clear reporting to leadership.
- Relevant additional qualifications include experience with ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace dashboards), familiarity with SEO and digital advertising, proficiency in Excel or analytics tools, and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, and prior experience in ecommerce or retail management, is preferred.
