ECM Case Manager Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ECM Case Manager Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management and Case Management solutions.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet, Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM Content Navigator (ICN), and IBM Case Manager. Experience in workflow development, plugin customization, BPMN, ODM, IBM BPM/Coach Framework, and enterprise integrations will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, enhance, and support IBM ECM and Case Management solutions.
- Develop and customize solutions using IBM FileNet, BAW, ICN, and IBM Case Manager.
- Configure and develop case types, workflows, business rules, content models, and case management components.
- Develop and maintain ICN plugins and customizations.
- Design and implement workflows using BPMN and IBM workflow technologies.
- Work with IBM BPM / Coach Framework for workflow and UI customization.
- Configure and integrate ODM and business rules where required.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
- Perform technical analysis and root-cause investigation of production issues.
- Work with Java/Spring-based applications and databases for ECM integrations.




- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Support deployments, enhancements, maintenance, and production activities.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in IBM ECM / Case Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet.
- Strong experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
- Hands-on experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
- Experience with IBM Case Manager.
- Strong understanding of case management and workflow concepts.
- Experience developing/configuring ECM and case management solutions.
- Good understanding of BPMN and workflow processes.
- Good knowledge of Java and enterprise application development.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and relational databases.
